A money exchange with cash machine and a supermarket are situated just around the corner from our house.
Situated in Centro Habana we are just a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town with its many attractions, lively bars and restaurants.
Nearby attractions include the Capitolio Nacional, Museo de la Revolución, the Museum of Fine Art, Parque Central and Paseo del Prado a tree-lined Boulevard leading to the Malecón, the seafront promenade.
Jose Marti International Airport is around 30 minutes drive away. The airport is not connected by public transport. We therefore recommend to book a private airport pick up. This service costs CUC25.00 for max 4 people per car and is payable to the driver directly.
The old town and the seafront promenade can easily be reached on foot.
lternatively you can take a taxi to get around Havana.
There is a bus service leaving from Central Park (Parque Central) to the nearest beaches (Playas del Este) which are a 20 minute drive away from Havana. A return ticket costs CUC5.00 per person.
If you have a rental car you can park it outside the house. There is also a small secure car park opposite the house. Charges apply.
